From the very first contact until the completion of therapy, they accompany the patient, answer questions, address concerns, and provide support in making decisions about oral health. Their role is not only to efficiently organize appointments and coordinate the entire treatment process, but above all to make sure that every patient always feels heard, understood, and surrounded by professional care.
